Shipping
International orders are subject to regional duties & taxes. Transit times may vary depending on destination.
Fulfillment on orders are done Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin to be processed the following business day.
Returns
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a store credit.
Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. You will be responsible for taxes and duties.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
All return requests must be made within 15 days after the date of delivery to our Customer Care Team at contact@xama.co
